Waiting Time for Federal Brewery Permit is Nearly 5 Months, TTB Data Shows

Recently updated statistics from the Alcohol & Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau ("TTB") indicate that the waiting time to get a Brewer's Notice approved is currently about 144 days. That means if you submit your application to TTB today, you would get approval by about June 1st, 2016. A more detailed list of TTB processing times is provided below:
